Wertheimer, a lawyer with over ten years of commercial and corporate legal experience, holding in-house positions of General Counsel, Assistant General Counsel and staff counsel in billion dollar and multi-million dollar diversified corporations, as well as practicing law in a top ten Michigan law firm. She has provided legal services, risk management, and counseling for a wide range of domestic and international diversified businesses, with broad product and service offerings. Specific industries comprised numerous automotive and non-automotive commercial and consumer products, medical devices and tooling, aerospace and defense contractors, recreational products, packaging technologies, and energy products. Prior to earning her law degree, Ms. Wertheimer held management positions (both executive and non-executive) within the medical, banking, purchasing, and inventory management fields, providing her an in-depth real-world business understanding of business management and operational requirements, all of which is reflected uniquely in her legal services and counseling.
